STANDARD DELIVERY

 

• Delivery times vary between 3 to 5 working days
• Orders placed before 12PM Monday to Friday will be processed the same day.
• Free delivery over £55 applies for UK mainland only
• We cannot deliver during specific time slots, but if you aren't going to be home, we are happy to deliver to an alternative address such as work, family or friends.

EXPRESS DELIVERY

 

• Order by 12pm for next day delivery Monday – Friday. Orders placed on Saturday will be delivered on Monday. Orders placed on Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday.
• Orders placed after 12pm will be delivered in 2 working days.
• UK mainland only.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY 

• Charge: £6.99
• Delivery times between 5 to 8 working days
• Orders placed before 12PM Monday to Friday will be processed the same day.

PLEASE NOTE: If you have not received your order by the stated time period, please contact us and we will be more than happy to look into this. If you believe your order is delayed/lost/misrouted for any reason, please let us know and we will resolve this at no expense to you as the customer.
